Sample Appetizers

  • Charcuterie Board—Large slate compiled of hand-picked cheese and meats, with fruit, olives, nuts, pickled veggies, local jam and artisan crackers

  • Pull Apart Cheese Bread—Large loaf of crusty garlic bread covered in mozzarella and Vermont Cheddar backed until crispy on the edges and gooey in the middle. Served with a side of marinara.

  • Spinach Artichoke Dip—Chopped artichoke hearts and wilted spinach with a blend of cheeses & seasonings. All melted together in perfect harmony. Served with a basket of corn chips.

  • Salsa Con Queso Dip—Creamy cheeses blended with local homestyle salsa and sweet corn. Served with a basket of corn chips.

  • Paloma—Tequila, Grapefruit & Fresh Lime Juice

  • Jalapeno Margarita—With a  kick of Barnstead grown jalapenos

  • Bourbon Old Fashioned—A classic and just the way it should be.

  • S'mores Martini—Campfire classic treat in a glass, complete with a toasted marshmallow.

  • Espresso Martini—A playful balance of sweet and bitter, that’s rich and smooth. A fun twist on the after-dinner coffee!
